Sometimes companies hire outside recruiters as consultants assigned to conduct candidate interviews for jobs in clinical sales, health care sales, clinical device sales, clinical revenue, clinical diagnostics sales, pathology revenue, or medical sales. Understandably, these interview situations make candidates a little more nervous….but I have a position interview strategy for you to handle this situation. To successfully navigate a 3rd party interview, you need to uncover the goals of the interviewer.
