You’ve to have numbers on your resume that “prove” your skills in order to make it a really attractive marketing document, right? Well, that works in sort of the same way in the interview: you’ve to be able to provide specific examples that back up what you say your skills are. For instance, you can’t just tell me you’re “persuasive.” In medical sales, everybody says that. I need for you to illustrate that for me with a specific example of a time that you were persuasive.
