Companies wanna reward their sales reps for what they have achieved and motivate them to greater goals in 2009. Sales meetings can do this! Often, companies offer these sales discussions at resorts or other vacation destinations. But with so much going on in life, sales reps are more interested in revenue talks that just “get it done” - the “it” being the training, awards banquet, new product updates, company communications, etc. They want to be home when they can….
